1. Please indicate amount enclosed and ensure that you send your fully completed registration form together with your payment. All payment should be marked with full name of PARTICIPANT. Payment Received Confirmation is issued by the Secretariat on realization of the funds. We suggest that you keep this confirmation and please bring it with you to Beijing, in case there is a problem in locating your credentials.

2. In China, 4% bank surcharge will be added when you settle your payment by credit cards which are not issued by banks in China. For example: Registration Fee: USD300, but USD312 will be charged. The organizing committee can only issue the receipt of Registration Fee USD300 to you.

3. All tours are quoted on a basis of groups of 10 people and up. The quotations are subject to change if less than10 people sign up.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be notified in writing to the GW-ICC Secretariat before September 7, 2007. There will be no refund after September 7.

AIRPORT Transfer
The committee will provide airport pickup and drop-off service for registered participant with payment settled. . The receptionist of GW-ICC and/or congress resident hotel will pick you up at airport with sign of GW-ICC on brand.
