  Dr. Anthony N. DeMaria is a professor of medicine, Judith and Jack White Chair in Cardiology and Director of Cardiovascular Center in University of California, San Diego. He is the member of many organizations such as American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, American Federation for Clinical Research, American Society of Echocardiography, Heart Failure Society of America. He is the editor of Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and member of editorial board of American Journal of Cardiology, Circulation Journal, Clinical Cardiology, International Advisory Board of Japanese Circulation Journal, Journal of Heart Valve Disease and Polish Journal of Cardiology. Thach N. Nguyen

 Dr. Thach N. Nguyen is currently the director of cardiology at St Mary Medical Center, Hobart IN. Currently he is holding clinical academic appointment at Indiana University School of Medicine, honorary professorship at the Capital University of Medical Sciences, the Beijing Friendship Hospital, the Institute of Geriatric Cardiology of The Central People Liberation Army Hospital 301, Beijing, China. He is principal investigator of the PARAGON, SYMPHONY, GUSTO, RESCUE-ACS, COMPANION, TIMI-EXTRACT 25 clinical trials.  He is appointed the International Committee of the American College of Cardiology. He is section editor for the Journal of Interventional Cardiology (Wiley-Blackwell, Boston MA), co-editor of the Journal of Geriatric Cardiology (Beijing China and Hobart IN, USA). 
 

THAO PHUONG NGUYEN

  Dr. Thao Phuong Nguyen is Cardiology Fellow Physician of University of California, Division of Cardiology, Los Angeles, California and the member of American College of Cardiology, Heart Rhythm Society, Biophysical Society, American College of Physicians, American Medical Association. She received many awards including Medical Scientist Training Program Grant of National Institute of Health, Postdoctoral STAR Research Fellowship University of California at Los Angeles, Division of Cardiology.






GIANLUCA RIGATELLI

  Dr. Gianluca Rigatelli is the Director of PFO-mediated syndrome management program, Director of adult congenital heart disease diagnosis and treatment program and Director of Section of Congenital and Structural Heart Disease, Cardiovascular Diagnosis and Endoluminal Interventions Service, Rovigo general Hospital, Rovigo, Italy. He wrote 207 original article, 130 abstracts, 15 book chapters and gave a number of lectures in national and international congresses.
 

CHARLES F. MOTLEY

  Dr. Charles F. Motley is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. In addition, he also holds American Boards in Addiction Medicine, Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He is currently an attending physician in Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Motley is also an active lecturer in all of his fields of expertise, particularly Emergency Medicine. He is published in journals and also has made a video that received an AMA accommodations citation. He has lectured extensively in the United States and Asia.

Andrew D. Michaels

  Dr. Andrew D. Michaels is an associate professor of medicine, the director of Adult Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Interventional Cardiology, University of Utah, Division of Cardiology. He is the fellow of American College of Cardiology, Council on Clinical Cardiology of American Heart Association, Vice-President of Acute Cardiac Care Committee. He is the site co-investigator of the many multi-center research. He is also reviewer for many famous journals, such as The American Journal of Cardiology, The American Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Circulation, The Lancet, The American Heart Journal, Journal of Hypertension. He has authored over 100 manuscripts, book chapters, abstracts and editorials.











 

Hector O. Ventura

Physician Photo   Hector O. Ventura M.D. is the Chairman of Graduate Medical Education Committee, as well as the Director, Cardiovascular Disease Training Program and Education at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation, New Orleans, Louisiana.  He is also a Professor of Medicine at the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology,the Vice President of the Louisiana Chapter of the ACC. Dr. Ventura’s research includes studies on arterial hypertension following cardiac transplantation, the effect of digitalis on mortality in heart failure, and lipid profiles after cardiac transplantation.  He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation, Revista Colombiana de Cardiologia, Congestive Heart Failure, American Journal of Cardiology, Journal of Cardiac Failure, Congestive Heart Failure, and Journal of the American College of Cardiology and Editor-in-Chief of Cardiosource en Espanol. He is also a member of numerous professional societies including the American Heart Association, American Society of Transplant Physicians. He has co-authored more than 235 articles, abstracts, and book chapters. Among his awards and honors, he was listed in Best Doctors in America in 1995 and received the Southern Medical Association Research Award in 1990.
